Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Buck Stone Design Studio website and services, including the Buck Stone STR Design Collective ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

  • "We," "us," "our" refers to Buck Stone Design Studio, Carly Buxton, and any other team members of Buck Stone Studio, LLC

  • "You," "your" refers to the user of our Services

Service Description

Buck Stone Design Studio provides:

  • Custom Interior Design Services: Professional design consultations and full-service design

  • STR Design Collective: Membership community with design resources, mood boards, and expert guidance

  • Art & Custom Work: Original artwork and custom textile elements

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time

  • Update pricing, features, or membership tiers

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

 

Membership Terms (STR Design Collective)

 

Subscription and Billing

  • Monthly Billing: Memberships are billed monthly in advance

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

  • Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice

  • Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes

 

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your account settings

  • Refund Policy: Refunds available within 30 days of initial signup only

  • No Partial Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods

  • Access After Cancellation: You retain access through the end of your billing period

 

Account Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Provide truthful and current account information

  • Account Security: Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Single User: Accounts are for individual use only, not sharing

  • Violations: We may suspend accounts for Terms violations

 

Acceptable Use Policy

You Agree NOT To:

  • You grant us a license to display and distribute your content within our Services

  • We may remove content that violates these Terms

  • No Self-Promotion: Do not use forums for commercial advertising

  • Privacy Respect: Do not share others' personal information

 

Member-Generated Advice

  • Personal Opinions: Member advice represents individual experiences, not professional recommendations

  • Use Your Judgment: Evaluate all suggestions critically before implementation

  • No Liability: We are not responsible for member-to-member advice or transactions

 

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

 

Service Availability

  • Uptime: We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime

  • Technical Issues: We are not liable for technical problems beyond our control

Upon Termination:

Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally

  2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation

  3. Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia

  4. Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

 

Exceptions

Disputes involving intellectual property rights or emergency relief may be brought in state or federal court.
